-Handsink was fully equipped with cold/hot running water, soap, paper towels.
-Quat sanitizer was measured at 200ppm
-All coolers were measured at 4°C or below
-All freezers were measured at -18°C or below
-Temperature log is maintained
-Domestic dishwasher that is NSF certified with high temp rinse cycle available.
