A routine inspection was conducted, the following observations were made: - Coolers 4C or colder; freezers -21C or colder; and thermometers present. - Hand sink stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and running hot and cold water. - Quats sanitizer in spray bottle was 200ppm. - All foods stored 6" off the floor on racks or shelves. Non-foods stored separately or below food items. - No expired foods found for sale. FIFO rules being followed. - Improvement in sanitation level noted, especially in the slushie area. Keep up the good work. - No signs of pests. - All in order.
