304 - Premises not free of pests [s. 26(a)] Observation: Droppings found on the first shelf containing baking ingredients. Droppings were also found along the walls and it hard to reach areas. The operator has pest control, and a report was reviewed during the inspection. Corrective Action(s): Clean all droppings with a 1 tsp per liter bleach solution and continue with pest control. Comments

The two door cooler was < 4 C. The two door freezer was < -18 C. The hand washing sink was supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels. Temperature records and time tracking records were up to date. Quats sanitizer solution in the 3-compartment sink and in the spray bottles was measured at 200 ppm.
