Stainless table in dishwashing area is no longer fully affixed to wall + caulking/sealant no longer in place. Hole/opening present in wall in dishwashing area
Correction: Re-affix stainless table + re-apply caulking to prevent water/moisture damage to wall and to maintain area in sanitary condition. Repair wall so that hole/opening is no larger present + wall is in good repair.

Comments

General Comments:

- Inspection in response to ownership change.
- No changes to menu premises or staffing.
- Health application form received. Certificate of incorporation to be submitted
- Health permit fee paid via cheque (#000007 for $229.17 May to Apr 2023)
- Food safety plan and sanitation plan for chain/franchise in place. Copy present on-site.
- Copy of FoodSafe equivalent certificate for owner was submitted. On-site Mgr has completed FoodSafe level 1

- Food premises maintained in sanitary condition
- Handsinks (bar + kitchen) supplied with liquid soap + paper towel
- Food contact surface sanitizer (Quats) present in spray bottles. Concentration measured 200ppm.
- Dishwasher operational 100ppm chlorine detected on dish after cycle
- Test strips present to check dishwasher chlorine residual and to check Quats food contact surface sanitizer concentration.
- All coolers were 4C or colder and freezers were -19C, -21C.
- Hot holding of potentially hazardous foods was >60 deg.C.
- Probe thermometer present and used to monitor food temperatures. Temperature records present and up to date.
- No signs of pest activity noted at time of inspection.
* Bait boxes (small size) present in dry storage room. Remove from premises and replace with traps.
- Food service establishment has approval to operate. Permit to be sent by mail. Ensure permit is posted in visible location when received.
