Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No sanitizer solution available at time of inspection. Several wiping rags observed being used in the kitchen without the sanitizer.
Corrective Action(s): Food contact surfaces must be sanitized frequently throughout the day through use of a food-grade sanitizer chemical. Chlorine bleach may be used to create a sanitizer solution by mixing bleach with water at a ratio of ~1 capful per 4 Litres of water.
*Demonstrated how to create a sanitizer solution at time of inspection.
*Ensure all staff use the sanitizer solution with the wiping cloths throughout the day.
