Follow up inspection conducted: -No foods observed being left out at room temperature - Surface sanitizer available (both in spray bottle and bleach water bucket) at 100 ppm chlorine residual - Cleaning greatly improved (underneath equipment, behind chest freezer near back area, in dry storage room) - Discussed with operator who will be registering for the FOODSAFE course, send copy of completed certificate to Alexander.Lui@Fraserhealth.ca - Handsink was accessible and unobstructed
