Comments

- Hand sinks equipped with soap and paper towels.
- All coolers and freezers temp are satisfactory
-Accurate thermometers are provided
- 2 compartment sink with bleach available to sanitize.
-Bleach spray sanitizer at 100 ppm chlorine residual
-General sanitation is satisfactory
- Slicers and equipment for food processing were clean/ no old debris noted.
-No expired products noted

* Discussed lack of enough storage for products a bit crowded in coolers (walk in) and dry storage

* Not able to verify pest free due to a lot of products and debris noted behind equipment, pest control is servicing please send the latest copy of the pest control report via email to inspector at fatemeh.emami@fraserhealth.ca
* Discussed storing any opened bag of dry goods in a sealed bins to prevent any possible contamination
* Discussed proper labeling for pre-package products for sale (pizza sauce, dill butter) made on site.

* Discussed lack of hand washing sink in the back and the fact of only a two compartment sink not 3 compartment sinks for dishwashing- operator was aware and following the proper dishwashing steps ( 4 step- wash, rinse, sanitize and air dry)- inspection was conducted after rush hours and two sinks were full of dishware- not a routine- the two sinks to be organized and empty during production so staff have access to hand washing -

*Ensure to maintain regular temperature logs for your coolers and freezers
