Observation: Pressure gauge on dishwasher still showing low pressure after solenoid replacement by technician. Final rinse tested at 72c at plate level. Dishwasher may be used for sanitizing.
Corrective Action(s): Manager informed me that the dishwasher repair technician will be ordering a replacement pressure gauge

Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)]
Observation: Final rinse temperature observed to be too low at 65c. Incoming water at on demand hot water tank was set too low at 120F. This was raised to 140F at time of inspection. This did not raise the final rinse temperature as the pressure gauge is reading approx 5psi on the final rinse.
Correction: Rewash all utensils as discussed using the 3 compartment sink method
