Follow-up inspection conducted in response to Report #TCHN-CZLTTE Mechanical dishwasher and oven can now operate simultaneously. Reached 75°C on second cycle. Foods on site were all from approved sources. Previous product made from home were no longer available. Ice machine has been professionally cleaned. Sand has been removed from behind freezers. Staff to monitor to ensure piles do not return. Revised floor plan has been received.
