The closure order was rescinded upon the follow up inspection as the following observations were made:
- The low temp. dishwasher achieved 100ppm chlorine level at final rinse cycle
- 100ppm chlorine sanitizer buckets were present at 2 locations in the kitchen
- Shelves and the floor were cleaned. The wooden pallets in the food preparation area were removed.

> Label the sanitizer buckets and train the staff to change the solution every 2~3 hours as necessary. Keep cloths in the buckets and use them to sanitize food contact surfaces.
> Use the chlorine test strips to test the concentration of chlorine in the dishwasher (must achieve at least 50ppm)
> All utensils and dishes shall be re-washed and sanitized in the dishwasher that has been repaired.
