Soap and paper towels All refrigeration units are <4C with the thermometer present in all units All freezers one <-18C w/thermometer All food items are stored above the floor (6" off the ground) Quats tested at 200ppm at the 3 compartment sink Bleach used to clean high touch surfaces (>200ppm) General sanitation is good and no pests observed during time of inspection Covid-19 Safety plan in place and in use - Plexiglass barrier, social distancing sign, workers and all employee's are wearing masks - no concerns
