Observation: Observation: No liquid soap or single-use paper towel available at back room employee hand sink
Public Health rationale: All employee hand sinks must be equipped with liquid soap and single-use paper towel at all times so that employees can easily access handsinks when when needed and at appropriate frequencies to reduce the number of pathogens present on hands.

Correction: Operator re-stocked the paper towel dispenser with paper towel. Liquid soap is on order. Operator informed that liquid soap must be available at all times.

Reminder: when there is visible debris on food contact surfaces, it should be cleaned with detergent first, rinsed with water, and then sanitizer applied.
