Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Cooked rice was stored under ambient room temperature measured with an internal temperature of 16C. Operator stated the rice was taken out of the cooler an hour ago. This is a repeated violation.
Corrective Action(s): Move the cooked rice back into a functional cooler. Potentially hazardous food such as cooked rice must be stored under 4C or less.

Observation: Rodent droppings noted in the facility at the back kitchen. Operator stated no professional pest control contracted at the time.
Corrective Action(s): Deep clean the facility and remove all rodent droppings. Contact professional pest control to set up a plan for pest management. Ensure back entrance door is closed at all times. Correct by: Nov 02, 2023.
