Observation: - Several freezer doors have build up of ice. The door seals are not intact and are worn out.
- Cooler unit is at 6C at the time of inspection. Temperature logs are not available
Corrective Action(s): - De-ice the freezer. Replace door seals to maintian adequate temperatures
- Maintain adequate temperature logs on regular basis and ensure that the doors are closed properly. Ensure that the temperature is maintianed at 4C or less
