Follow up to inspection report # MBEK-C5ZTFR. Kitchen currently closed (no food service); re-opens September 7, 2021. Dedicated kitchen hand sink was inspected by plumber, as per management. Hot water is available; however, it takes approximately 10 minutes of continuously running sink for water to reach minimum required temperatures. Kitchen hand sink was allowed to run continuously during inspection and reached at least 38 degrees C only after approx. 10 minutes. Nearby kitchen double sink has hot water available (measured over 45 degrees C). Corroded cans removed. Food items removed from floor. Thermometer located within refrigerator reading at approx. same temperature (3 degrees C) as environmental health officer's thermometer. Discussed with management: Hand sink and/or associated equipment/plumbing to be re-inspected and serviced as needed to ensure hot water is readily available. Ensure interim measures are followed until such time.
