Corrective Action(s): Fill the rodent entry hole and clean up the rodent droppings. Sanitize the areas after cleaning with a 100 ppm chlorine bleach solution

=Chest freezer (-27C) measured < -18 degrees C
=High temperature dishwasher had a final rinse temperature of 77.0 C at the dish surface (minimum 71 C required for proper sanitizing)
=Bleach sanitizer solution approximately 100 ppm chlorine available in spray bottles
