Follow-up inspection conducted on behalf of EHO Amrita, for outstanding issue with the high temperature dishwasher. Refer to report #AJON-CBR2GY for further details. -High temperature dishwasher has been serviced and now reaches 72.9C (min. 71C) at plate level after 1 run. -Operator explains that a replacement "booster" for the dishwasher has been ordered. This however, may take over a week according to their technician Follow-up inspection to be conducted in the following weeks regarding the repair of the dishwasher. No signature required due to COVID-19 Report to be emailed to the operator.
