Observation: Deli Cooler was observed to be at 12C and the Prep cooler was observed to be at 13C. No potentially hazardous food were stored in either coolers as it was before the lunch service time.
Corrective Action(s): Do not use both coolers until they have been repaired or replaced to ensure both coolers are at 4C or lower at all times.

- High temperature dishwasher had a final rinse of 75.4C on dish surface
- Sanitation logs and temperature logs maintained and updated
- Ice scoops stored in a sanitary manner
- Meat slicer cleaned and sanitized after use
- Food observed to be time stamped
- Raw proteins stored below RTE products in walk in cooler
- Food kept at least 6 inch off floor level
- No sigh of pests
- General sanitation satisfactory
