Observation: During time of inspection, the following was observed:
1. Four bags on onions were stored on the floor (CORRECTED DURING TIME OF INSPECTION)
2. Food protects were open to contamination, not covered or sealed with food grade protective barrier
Corrective Action(s): 1. No foods can be stored on the floor
2. All foods must be protected from contamination with food grade protective barrier at all times

Observation: During time of inspection, the following was observed:
1. Food debris and spillage observed in hard to reach areas
2. Main prep/ line cooler requires cleaning within, food spillage accumulation on fan covers
3. Cutting boards require deep and thorough cleaning
Corrective Action(s): 1. Thorough and deep cleaning required throughout facility, staff and owners must clean frequently
2. Deep cleaning required of all equipment including: main prep cooler, walk-in cooler shelving, etc
Move all equipment from wall and clean
3. Ensure that cutting boards are scrubbed and sanitized to remove food staining and any food residue
