Overall sanitation is very good
Pizza dough roller sanitation has improved greatly since last routine inspection. Thank you.
Handsink is supplied with soap and paper towels
200ppm bleach is available in spray bottles
Bleach is available for dishwashing - staff explained in correct detail how dishes are washed and sanitized. thank you.
Dry storage area is clean and organized
Walk in cooler measured less than 4C
Freezer measured -18C
Pizza display hot holding measured above 60C.
