Inspection due to a complaint of foodborne illness No additional complaints for FBI received by the restaurant No staff reported being ill or called in sick this week Front sandwich prep cooler cold holding product at 2 to 3c Front hot holding unit hot holding product at 60c Main walk in cooler cold holding at 1c Main walk in freezer at approx. -20c Ice machine top side clean. Unit was serviced about 10 days ago. Monitoring logs show all temperatures were fine on October 26. Quat sanitizer dispensed at 3 compartment sink at 200ppm No pest problems observed
