Observation: Few rodent droppings observed near the back entrance.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure to have all the droppings removed from the area and sanitize the affected area using 1000ppm chlorine solution (1:50 bleach:water). Set traps around this area and monitor. If situation worsens, contact the professional pest control company.

Routine inspection conducted:

Facility has been preparing samosa wraps until now to be used in their main location 128/88. Facility may start preparing the following items at this location:
Samosas- classic, spicy, paneer, shahi, garden mix, bbq chicken and butter chicken
Vegetable Pakoras, Sauce, Butter chicken sauce
Food Safety Plan for the above items have been submitted and approved. Some products may be stored in walk-in cooler and delivered as frozen. Refer truck to be in use for transportation of food.

NOTE: Once facility decides to distribute frozen products (i.e. frozen samosa) to other retail shops, operator is to contact the health inspector to confirm labelling requirement.

- Walk-in cooler operating below required temperature of 4'C; Walk-in freezer operating below required temperature of -18'C.
- 200ppm Quats available in labelled spray bottles for disinfection of prep surfaces. Bleach solution (>200ppm) also available in labelled bottles for non-food contact surfaces.
- Dishwashing sink properly equipped for manual warewashing. Bleach available.
- No much food stored at this time.
- Packaging area checked.

NOTE: Ensure to have the ventilation hood professionally cleaned every 6 months.
