Comments

Facliity was not in operation at the time of inspection. Handsinks (double compartment sink) was adequately supplied. Glass door cooler was at or below 4 degrees C and was equipped with a thermometer. Bleach was available on-site. Ensure a fresh solution of100 ppm chlorine sanitizer (1/2 teaspoon bleach per L of water) is setup during operation. Spray bottle was available on-site. No signs of recent pest activity were evident at the time of inspection.
