Follow-up inspection to initial inspection conducted on Dec. 15th. Updated floor plan drawing received. Gaps along baseboards have been sealed (caulked). Thermometers available for coolers, freezer and hot-holding unit/pizza warmer. All racks/shelving have been installed. Largest pot to be used fits in triple-sink - Good. Triple - sink set up for manual warewashing. Bleach solution available at 100ppm. Sink drain plugs available. Drying racks available. Quats sanitizer solution available for sanitizing surfaces at 150ppm. Ok - NoriQuat instructions state to use 150ppm solution. Hand sinks properly supplied (hot/cold water, liquid soap, paper towels). Splashguards available at hand sink in prep area. Food prep sink satisfactory. All coolers at 4C or less. Freezer at -18C or less. Pizza warmer at 60C or hotter. All surfaces in premises are smooth, durable, non-porous and easily cleanable. Mop sink available. Chemical storage cabinet available. **Health approval to operate is granted at this time. Note: This does not exempt you from obtaining approvals from other regulatory agencies. Permit fee of $50.00 (cheque) received. *Ensure to contact Fraser Health for any menu item changes. *Operator to complete Foodsafe within 3 weeks. Manager & other staff have Food safe in the meantime.
