Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 2 handwashing sinks did not have functioning paper towel dispensers. Front handwashing sink paper towel dispenser did not dispense paper towel during the inspection. Back handwashing sink did not have paper towel inside the dispenser

Corrective Action(s): Discard the products that were thawed improperly causing the food to be above 4C for more than 2 hours. Review thawing practices with staff.
