Other observations: √ Walk in cooler ≤4°C √ Chest freezer ≤ -18°C √ Food up off floor ≥6”, good stock rotation noted √ Hand wash stations fully stocked with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel √ General sanitation and maintenance is very good. Product well organized. √ No signs of pest infestation noted. A few droppings noted at one live trap at back end of walk in cooler. Regular pest control company comes in biweekly. √ Thermometers present and monitored No concerns at this time.
