Cleaning in kitchen is satisfactory, continue to keep all foods stored off the floor and remove any old boxes
Walk in cooler was right at 4 deg C at time of inspection, staff were going in and out. If internal temperatures of food are >4 deg C, it must be thrown out. If upon future inspection any foods are found in the walk in cooler at >4 deg C, they will be discarded.
