Overall, premises is maintained in a sanitary condition Bakery: -All coolers and freezers are in working condition -Scoops for dry storage are stored in a sanitary manner -All equipment was clean and maintained -Handwash station fully stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and running hot/cold water -Sanitizer bottle with >200ppm QUATs available -No signs of pest activity Deli/Meat: -All coolers and freezers are in working condition -Food items stored in a manner that prevents contamination -High Temperature dishwasher able to reach dish level temperature of 71C -Sanitizer bottles of >200ppm QUATs available -Handwash stations fully stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and hot/cold running water. -Equipment is cleaned in between meats and uses.
