- stand up freezer ambient air temperature below -18 degree Celsius
- hot holding temperature above 60 degree Celsius
- walk in cooler ambient air temperature below 4 degree Celsius. Clean the walk in cooler fan grills.
- walk in freezer ambient air temperature below -18 degree Celsius
- dishwasher final rinse cycle above 72 degree Celsius at the dish surface. provide caulking on the wall and diwahing equipment, sink and table joints.
- 200 ppm quats sanitizer available.
