Recommendations: Walls and ceilings have been cleaned as per last inspection. Repainting is scheduled for later this year.
There is HVAC repairs ongoing adjacent to the dish pit with minor water drip. Ensure area is clean and do not contaminate utensils and food products.
Clean the floor area regularly to prevent slipping hazards.
