Comments

Follow-up inspection:
-blue bins have been cleaned but some cleaning still required underneath cooking area

Standup white cooler in kitchen:
-temperatures recorded twice daily since last inspection for the standup white cooler in the kitchen, all readings show 3C or 4C; reading from this morning shows 4C (taken at 9:30am according to cook); at time of inspection (11am) temp at 10C according to EHO's probe thermometer and thermometer in fridge; by 11:30am temp had gone down to 8C
-since last inspection a lot of the food has been moved out of the standup white cooler and into the other coolers (cooler in dry storage area at 3C, prep cooler at 3C)
-record cooler temperatures four times a day for the next week
-cooler contains primarily vegetables, whipping cream moved to another cooler
-recommend cleaning vents/coils, have unit serviced if it cannot consistently maintain 4C or less throughout the day
-STANDUP WHITE COOLER IN KITCHEN CAN ONLY BE USED TO STORE VEGETABLES UNTIL IT CAN KEEP AT 4C, DO NOT STORE POTENTIALLY HAZARDOUS FOODS INSIDE
