Observation: Observed water dripping from hand washing station plumbing. A bowl was placed underneath to capture dripping water.

Routine inspection conducted:
Hands are washed at the 3 compartment sink. Only wash hands using first compartment (wash sink) until the hand washing station is serviced.
All coolers temperature measured at 4C or less.
Freezer measured at -18C or less.
Hot holding measured at 60C or higher.
General sanitation is adequate.
No sign of recent pest activity noted at this time.
3 compartment sink with drain plugs available for manual dishwashing.
General food storage practice is adequate.
