Routine Inspection
- Handwash stations stocked with liquid soap and paper towels
- Handwashing stations equipped with liquid soap and paper towels.
- Dishwasher has 50 ppm in the rinse cycle.
- Glass washer reached 25ppm concentration iodine for rinse cycle.
- Quat sanitizer at 200ppm concentration.
- Coolers are at 4c and below. Freezers at -18c or below.
- Hot holding at 60c. All temperature logs are being recorded.
- ice dispenser is in sanitary condition during this inspection.
- employees had good personal hygiene during this inspection.
- Orkin Pest control is in place
Note: The dishwasher booster heater not functional at the time of inspection. operator is waiting for a part. Dishwasher converted to chemical sanitizing.
Note: Garlic butter prepared with fresh garlic stored at room temperature. This is potentially hazardous product and must be kept under refrigeration ( 4 degree Celsius or below), Hot held (60 degree Degree Celsius or above) or discarded after 2 hours if stored at room temperature.
