Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No sanitizer was set-up during the inspection. Note: Raw chicken was being prepared and fried at the time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): **Issue was corrected** A sanitizer spray bottle was prepared during the inspection. 200 PPM QUAT was detected from the spray bottle. Please always ensure that there is sanitizer spray bottle readily available whenever food preparation or food handling (dispensing) is taking place to allow food handlers access to the sanitizer when needed for sanitizing food contact surfaces.

Observation: 1. Mouse droppings noted in the back room areas - by the boxed syrup dispensers (on the floor - corners of the room) and by the container of batter/ flour for raw chicken.
2. 1 live ant was seen below the dump sink in the front counter area.
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize all areas noted with mouse droppings to allow the monitoring of pest activities to determine if these are old or fresh droppings. As per operator, facility has a pest control company that comes in once a month. Communicate these pest issues to the pest control company and work together to help mitigate and eliminate the pest issue.

Observation: Debris/ buildup noted on the undersides of the Slurpee machine.

Handwash stations, including staff washroom, was accessible, equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel.
All refrigeration units were at 4C or below.
All freezer units were at -18C or below.
Hot hold units were holding food above 60C.
General storage of food acceptable - food stored covered and off the floor.
Drain plugs available for the 3-compartment sink for manual warewashing.
