House calendar:

- Seen on the computer and it appears alot of work has been done in this area.

Maintenance items:

- The Program Coordinator stated the shower that requires work has been approved by BC Housing and all other maintenance work needing to be addressed is still pending.

Dietitian screening form:

- It is now checked off if a referral is required or not for a person in care.

Policies and Procedures:

- It appears that all the policies and procedures have been revised and/or reviewed based on what the writer viewed on the computer and in discussion with the Program Coordinator who showed the writer a screen shot on their phone with the policies and procedures noted with current review/revision dates. Please ensure that all policies and procedures as required by section 85 of the Residential Care Regulation are reviewed and/or revised once a year. For all other policies and procedures, please ensure there is a system to review and/or revise those remaining policies and procedures.
