Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 7 cartons of 20 liters milk were noted to be unlabeled. As per EHO manager's instruction, 7 cartons of 20 liters milk were discarded into the 3 compartment sink during the inspection. Do not use any food items that are unlabeled or from unapproved source. Only use the food items that are from approved source.

Observation: 1. Several containers of grain at the samosa kitchen are noted to be uncovered.
2. 4 cartons of onion at the samosa kitchen noted to have pest dropping on top of the onion.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Cover all food items with food grade cover to prevent entrance/harborage/breeding of pest, and to protect food from contamination. Date to be corrected: Immediately
2. Staff immediately voluntarily discarded 4 cartons of onion that had pest dropping to garbage. Always ensure to protect food from contamination and pest. (Corrected during inspection)

Observation: Pest dropping noted through out the entire facility.

2. At the shelving of the food and storage of the samosa kitchen
3. At the containers of food of the samosa kitchen
4. At the containers of food of the dry storage room attached to the main kitchen
5. At the floor of the desert serving area
Corrective Action(s): Clean the pest dropping through out the entire facility, and the areas mentioned above. Wear proper PPE (mask and gloves) while cleaning the pest dropping. Sanitize the pest dropping areas with 1 part of bleach to 10 parts of water to prevent food from contamination. Consult with the pest control company on how to eliminate the pest problem. Date to be corrected: Immediately

Observation:
- Walk-in cooler at samosa kitchen milk internal temperature measured at 2C
- 3 compartment sink available for manual dishwashing, 100 ppm chlorine measured at the second sink at the time of the inspection
- All hand sinks are equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towel
- Hand washing practice of the employee noted at the time of inspection
- Pest control company report available for review
- Operator on-site has valid FoodSafe Level 1 certificate
