Built-up food debris also observed underneath the undercounter coolers in the bar area. Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize the aformentioned areas. Follow-up Inspection Conducted Today for report#JCHY-CLPTRK. All violations in report#JCHY-CLPTRK have been corrected: -3 preparation cooler near the expo line observed to be replaced. All 3 preparation coolers measured 4C or lower air ambient temperature. Handwashing sinks well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
