Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Handwashing sink at entrance of BOH next to cold brew station was blocked by garbage bin and empty cold brew insulated green dispenser.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all handsinks are free of obstructions to allow for easy access by staff for handwashing.

Observation: Mouse droppings noted in staff washroom.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure droppings are cleaned up and areas with pest activity are reported to pest control. Clean up all droppings and monitor areas for current pest activity.

Discussed with shift leader about the importance of reviewing the pest control reports, addressing any recommendations for cleaning or structural repair and training/informing staff about current pest activity levels and what to watch out for.

Observation: FOH between the pitcher wash station sink and the hand washing sink at the lower cabinets is a gap which provides access to the back counter space. This space is collecting debris and is difficult to clean and access.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure this are is closed up to prevent accumulation of debris (food, garbage) or is more regularly monitored and cleaned.
