Change of ownership inspection.
Health application form completed. Certificate of Incorporation and List of Directors provided.
Food Safety and Sanitation Plan completed.
FOODSAFE Level 1 temporary certificate provided (valid until July 13, 2026).
Health permit fee of $62.50 submitted (Vancity cheque 000006) - Nov 2021 to March 31, 2022.

Walk-in cooler was at 3C.
Pizza prep cooler was at 3C.
Upright cooler was at 4C.
Upright freezer was at -29C.
Thermometers present in cold holding units.

Cleaning and sanitizing carried out in the 3-compartment sink. Bleach and sink plugs available. Provided manual warewashing signage.
Handwash station accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap and single use paper towels.
Bleach sanitizer tested at 200ppm. Requires a label to identify contents to prevent accidental mixing/misuse of chemicals.
Reviewed cleaning and sanitizing of equipment.
General sanitation good at the time of inspection. No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
Washroom clean and sanitary. Handwash station supplied with liquid hand soap and single use paper towels.

*Discussed time tracking for pizza. Pizza can be store below 60C for up to 2 hours if tracking/documentation system is used.

Facility is granted Health Approval to operate. Note: this approval does not exempt you from receiving approvals from other agencies. Prior to completing structural or operational changes to the facility contact the Health Department for approvals.
