-Domestic style washer in use with sanitizer option -ensure the sanitizer light is illuminated throughout the whole cycle otherwise it will need servicing

Chemical Controls:
-Lysol Wipes in use (>200ppm QUAT residual
NOTE: only use non-scented regular Lysol Wipes -do not use the scented versions such as the citrus or lavender as they leave a filmy coating on surfaces that may contaminate foods

External dry storage unit checked
NOTE: for dry storage of foods ideal temperature is between 10-21 deg C for a period of 4-24 months depending on food

Daily tracking sheets maintained for fridges, and mechanical washer
