New machine for rolling/forming of dough and filling of dumplings has been installed but was not in use during inspection. Staff stated that the two work tables that were noted on last report for not being food grade are no longer being used - please remove these two tables as they are embedded with flour and cannot be easily cleaned. Reminder: the area where the staff lunch table is in front room is not approved for food preparation for public consumption.
