Routine Inspection Conducted Observations: - 2-door glass cooler at 4'C - Reach in freezer at -18'C *NOTE: ensure temperature log is maintained as per approved food safety plan - Ice machine kept in okay sanitary condition - General sanitation is satisfactory - Hand washing station supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel - 3-compartment sink available on site with drain plugs - Food is protected from potential contamination - No signs of pests during time of inspection - Sticky fly trap available on site *REMINDER: ensure ice machine is cleaned and sanitized frequently as per approved sanitation plan. Ensure the ice scoop is placed outside the ice machine at all times to prevent contamination of ice.
