2 compartment sink available for use. Liquid soap and paper towels provided.,
Permit is posted in the lobby downstairs.
Frigidaire cooler ambient air temperatures at 7 degrees C. At this time only personal items for staff stored in this cooler. When using the kitchen for catering services ensure this cooler is at or below 4 degrees C.
Domestic dishwasher has a sanitize cycle.
Whirlpool cooler at 0 degrees C. Freezer at -22 degrees C.
Reminder when in operation to prepare a 100ppm chlorine sanitizer solution. Dilute 1 oz of bleach to 1 gallon of water.
