Comments

Inspection is done at lunch hour- a bit busy in kitchen- noted hot foods in insulated containers and cold foods (frozen)
-No changes in menu or operation (all cooked foods are made in north van and deliver to site daily
-Discussed protocol in case of a child with GE symptoms (vomiting/diarrhea)- 48 to 72 hr symptom free is discussed
-Discussed cleaning and disinfecting of tables and toys- bleach solution is used (first washing-rinsing -sanitizing- air drying)
-Max holding thermometer is being used to monitor dishwasher- ensure to monitor daily
- Paper towel and liquid soap are provided
- Temp all coolers <4 oC and freezer section in kitchen <-18 oC
- Dishwasher (high temp) > 71C at plate
-Bleach solution >100 pm
- Hot and cold running water are provided
- Foods : Fruit, veggies, toasting bread, smoothies, oat on site- cooked foods are delivered from north Vancouver

*Temp log sheets on site- noted missing data ensure to record daily monitoring on log sheet- this is repeated issue from the last inspection.
