Some minor cleaning needed of the back drip tray of the chicken oven.
Make sure that staff thoroughly clean and sanitizer each slicer every four hours and at the end of every shift. Written logs of cleaning times, who did the work and who checked the work are to be kept in the department for review.

NOTE: Do not use dented cans, especially if the dents are on the seams of the can

No other problems noted at the time of inspection, all refrigerator and freezer temperatures meet requirements, sanitizer on-site (make sure sanitizer is changed daily). General sanitation and food handling satisfactory, no indications of insect or rodent infestation.
