Routine Inspection Conducted Observations: - Walk-in freezer at -19'C - All coolers at or below 4'C - No hot-holding on site - No food preparation on site other than baking buns and warming pre-made sandwiches - General sanitation is good during inspection - Hand washing station at front service area is supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel - Bleach sanitizer in spray bottle measured at 200 ppm chlorine concentration with test strip - High-temperature dishwasher measured at 73'C at plate surface (Above minimum required final rinse temperature of 71'C) - No signs of pest activity during inspection - FOODSAFE Level 1 trained staff available on site - Permit posted in a conspicuous location on site Please contact the health inspector for any questions or concerns.
