Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1. Observed multiple boxes of meats, fresh onions (foods) directly on the floor.
2. Observed scoops inside the dry goods touching the dry foods.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Keep all foods off the floor to protect from contamination and ease of cleaning. To be corrected by 12-Sept-2023.
2. Keep all scoops handles stored away from the foods to prevent contamination. Corrected during inspection.

Comments

-Handwashing stations are equipped with liquid soap, hand towels, and cold/hot running water
-Hot holding units were measured at 60°C or higher
-Chemical dishwasher was measured at 100ppm Chlorine
-The glass cooler (containing juices/sauces in server area) was measured at 8.1°C at ambient air. Please monitor the temperature.
→Ensure the cooler can maintain 4°C or below.
-The sandwich cooler by the dishwasher was measured at 6°C in ambient air. Monitor the temperature and ensure the cooler can maintain 4°C or below.
