Routine inspection conducted.

Findings:
- Temperature of walk in cooler recorded at 4.0C
- Walk in freezer at -14.3C
- Front prep coolers probed and temperature of pesto recorded at 3.9C and ham slices at 2.8C
- Front undercounter cooler at 3.4C
- Front beverage cooler at 4.0C
- Hot holding units recorded at or above 60C
- Temperature logs were maintained and found up to date.
- Handwash sink in the front equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels.
- 200ppm QUATS recorded in the sanitizer pail and dispensing unit mounted at 3 compartment dishwashing sink.
- Meat slicer and other equipment maintained in good sanitary condition.
- Food storage and handling practices were satisfactory.
- No signs of pest activity observed during inspection.
- Permit posted at the front.
- Staff on duty has valid FS Level 1 equivalent (Exp Jan 19, 2028).
