-Follow-up to routine inspection conducted May 2nd, 2023: -The 3 cooler units noted on May 2nd have not yet been repaired -Operator indicates that a repair technician is scheduled to visit later today in the afternoon to inspect and repair the units *Employee on-site at time of visit was unaware of any temperature issues with the 3 coolers *Employee was instructed to remove all perishable food from the 3 coolers and only keep a minimal amount of ingredients in the donair cooler (ie. must be used up in 2 hrs or less) *Reinspection re-scheduled for tomorrow to confirm completion of repairs
