Reinspection based on previous inspection report: - Single use items are not permitted to be reuse and must be discarded after use. No used items are to be stored on workstations. Credo Blade disposal reviewed. - All re-useable items must be washed and disinfected after each use. Once again, used items are not permitted to be stored on work stations and should be removed to be cleaned and disinfected after use. - Facility is required to be kept clean and organized.
